Reiki San Diego 

There’s a pit in your stomach, a thought that loops in your mind, a feeling of tension, of worry or sadness. It’s not that you haven’t had stress before, but there is a longing in you to feel better, to find relief. Life has gotten so hectic. You feel just out of touch with yourself. But if you try to meditate, your mind just wanders and it leaves you restless. Deep down, there is a part of you that fears what might happen if you were to get real still, your heart starts to open and who knows what emotions will be unleashed.

As a Reiki Master in the Usui lineage, I love helping adults and kids to settle into their bodies and find their inner wisdom and peace. Many of my clients see me for physical pain and for emotional upheaval and say that after a session they feel more grounded, alive, and at peace. Reiki sessions can last from 60 to 90 minutes. We begin with a check in and then we move into a short meditation followed by the reiki.

I am here to create a safe place for you to be with your higher self. During our sessions I will also be balancing your chakras and aligning your energy. For those who request, I will gladly share my own intuition from the session when we are finished. Many clients experience reiki as meditative and relaxing.

INVESTMENT: $200 per 60 minute session (Ask about pricing for longer sessions and packages)
