Hello, Love.

You’ve known for some time that you don’t want to keep feeling the way you do. That amazing body of yours has been screaming at you for attention. I bet if you get real quiet, take a breath, you might find it just wants your love. You are worthy of it, but lately you’ve been pushing down the stress, anxiety and anger because you got things to do.

But guess what? All the doing has robbed you of a relationship with yourself. You’ve been giving up on what you know is right and good for you. But you are here now, seeking, hoping and longing.

What a gift to give yourself, seeking change, transformation and healing.

I’m here help you tap into that wisdom and self love through reiki, breathwork, and integration support.

I am a Reiki Master Level III Practioner in the Usui lineage. I offer distant and in-person sessions in my home in Vista, CA. I am also a trained conscious breathwork facilitator. Many of the people who have chosen to create healing with me say that I am intuitive, hold a lot of care and love in session and you can expect to find some laughter as we sort through what it means to create a life on this rock hurtling through space.

I used to be a psychotherapist, and I have a knack for helping other healers - as they often are the ones that need this kind of love and attention the most. I believe in the power of psychedelics and how they can transform us (just ask about how I got rid of a severe anxiety disorder). I’m pretty much an open book but also a human, a parent, a daughter and a friend who loves big, deeply and imperfectly.

When I’m not doing reiki or breathwork, you can find me spending a lot of time with my community, playing games, being outside, going to sound baths and concerts. I love my life.
